Every Lumibloom candle is hand-poured with care. We take pride in delivering your order safely and efficiently. Below is all you need to know about our shipping process.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–4 business days. We’ll always keep you updated via email and with a track and trace link!
Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Estimated delivery times with DHL:

Netherlands: typically delivered next business day after dispatch (orders sent before cut-off time).

EU countries (outside NL): usually 2–5 business days, depending on destination.

Rest of the world: generally 5–14 business days, subject to customs clearance and local postal services.
Note: These are estimated delivery times. External factors such as customs, holidays, or regional delays may affect actual delivery.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link, so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Delayed or Missing Shipments
If your package appears delayed or goes missing, reach out to us at contact.lumibloom@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to help you track it and resolve any issues.
Damaged Items
If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at contact.lumibloom@gmail.com, including photos and your order number. We’ll make it right, your satisfaction is our priority.
International Orders
We ship worldwide! For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, import VAT, or other fees may apply, these are the responsibility of the recipient.
